Six diffrent Mobile Platforms in the Marketplace

Android, Blackberry OS, iPhone OS, Nokia, Palm OS, and Windows Mobile

Android, Blackberry OS, iPhone OS, Symbian Os, Palm OS, and Windows Mobile

Engadget wrote a good article regarding how the smart phone market has six major software/OS giants competing to be number one. In my opinion competition is good but six is way too many I think we need to see three major smartphone OS to emerge from the “war”. Thoughts concerns people? Lemme hear it in the comments.

I agree with you and if I had to take a vote I would say that these would be the order of the os’s
the columns with 2 os’s in them I would love to see some type of competition to see who reigns ontop.

    1.symbian
    2.Android / Blackberry OS
    3.Palm OS / Windows Mobile
4.Garbage lack of freedom IPHONE I hope the fcc destroys you lol.

Right now in my opinion Symbian is the leader but definetly not in the US. I’d say right now the top 3 Mobile os’s in the US are:

    1: iPhone OS
    2: Blackberry
    3:Android/Symbian

    In the world:

    1:Symbian
    2:Windows Mobile
    3: No clue…
