Think about it… if you take away the rights of the second amendment, nobody, and I mean even the cops and the army, will have the right to bear arms under penalty of imprisonment or even worst (and I don’t wanna talk about the worst part). The whole thing started with an uneducated remark on your end when you stated that Criminals by decree of the 2nd ammendment have the inaliable right to own firearms, that because rights are inaliable they can not be taken away from anybody even criminals. Yet the 14th ammendment has already shot down that argument. If you are not naturalized then you are not allowed. Many states have ammnesty for Illegal immigrants. “Who owes it allegiance” the magic phrase in defining a citizen. To break the law is to show it has no regard for a countries laws effectively breaking ones allegiance to the country. Break the law and you ceases being a full fledged citizen and become a felon who is not entitled to the same rights as a citizen

If you are not naturalized then you are not allowed. Many states have ammnesty for Illegal immigrants.
