Think about it… if you take away the rights of the second amendment, nobody, and I mean even the cops and the army, will have the right to bear arms under penalty of imprisonment or even worst (and I don’t wanna talk about the worst part). It is not written for civilians only, or else it wouldn’t be called the human rights… they would be called the civilian rights!!

the bill of rights is simple. the problem comes from revisionist types and people who wont look at the federalist papers and the people who wrote it. the bill of rights is wht it is. it means what it says and states 10 natural rights that cannot be taken away. the BoR doesnt give rights, it merely states them. the only reason our govt would try to change them is power.
