jubeigh13- Who cares if the SCOTUS/ATF/Feds “win”?!? You sound as though you’ve given up before the fight’s begun. Montana and Tennessee, won’t quit. If the SCOTUS doesn’t affirm States/Civil rights, they are illegitimate. Our rights are inherent, God-given. That means they can neither be given, or taken away. spydat3k- understands this, you should too. Read common sense. Live free or die! Molon Labe!

This will get challenged to the Supreme Court eventually. Although I do applaud Montana’s attempt to exercise their rights under the 10th Amendment and act against the Interstate Commerce Clause. I do agree with Montana in this case. If you manufacture goods in your state, from scratch, and they stay in the state, it should be a regulated to the state, not the federal government. I’m sure if taken to court, the ATF/Feds would win, but at least Montana has at least shown some spine.
