I would like to take the opportunity here to say openly what i think of minister of information Al Lawzi. he is a dickhead from an ignoble scumbag background, lowlife shit. And about the Amn Siasy… sadistic wankers.

  2. wedyak Says:

Now it is worse than all this. Many journalists are beaten and threatened. But now they have closed down 8 independent newspapers last week. Supposedly for writing reports about insurgency…which is exactly what newspapers are meant to do! I am from northern Yemen and don’t support the splitting of south and north, but that doesn’t mean we should close newspapers for doing a good job reporting problems.

Yemen is my land and it is chaos. The journalist was pardoned by the president recently and freed, then the stupid court of appeal continued the case inspite of the president’s ruling. And how bizarre the court ruled against the journalist. Now that is pure chaos.

Please stop using the quran and Islam to support dectatorship.. and it is this mentality that I am talking about, there is a difference between freedom of speech and violence, freedom of speech is guaranteed for every muslim and every human being.. Alqaeda is a criminal organization because they use violence and killing but how in the world did you say Alqarni is like Alqaida?? Come on man, Alqarni only uses songs and words not guns and pomps, give me a break peole, use your minds once…

  11. floridianx Says:

I hope you are not serious because that is a very narrow minded statement. Democracy is the core of the Islamic teachings, people under the Islamic law has the freedom of speech, it is only after the Kings and dactators came to the muslim world people don’t have the right understanding of Islam, because their dectators want them to think that way.
So do you really want to shut people’s up? if so that is wrong because people will then explode and violance will spread all over the country..

My dear brother, Allah said in the quran “fitnah is more severe than death”, just think about the meaning of this verse. Al Qaeda are killing people in the name of islam all over the places, and Al keiwaney and Alqarin are calling for fitnah in the name of poverty and democracy. The approaches of both parties are different, but the results are the same and its deadly. In the center of all this are the innocent people.

  14. genieman82 Says:

Their values are different than ours. I don’t believe in deomocracy and I think is the problem behind all the troubles in Yemen. In the name of decomcracy people call for fitnah. In the name of democracy people in Yemen curse islam and the scholar of Islam. Democracy is the shariah of the U.S. Why did we chose the shariah of the U.S. over the shariah of Allah?

You know nothing about democracy, you know nothing about freedom of speech.. Why Alqaeda members are free in Yemen while journalists and singers like Alqarni are in jail?? do you call that justice???
Have you heared the saying “live free or die hard” if so do you understand what it means??

The impression I got from this video is that, if a criminal has kids he should not be put in prison. Is not fair for his kids, he should be released and we should just forget about the massacre that he could have prevented. All this commotion is because he is a journalist and the woman behind this video wants to be a hero in the eyes of the people who don’t know the real story. The guy has tides with Al-Hawthiees in sa’ida and knew about their deadly plans and yet did nothing! He deserves more.

  20. Yemenjapan Says:

IMHO, he really deserve it …alot of people loses their parents because of his writings ..he deserves more than this…understand ur freedoon limits
