The Government uses all parts of the plant ground up.They have a tray with holes that have joint paper rolled and they pour this “weed” mulch into the 300 joints making sure to add the right amount of rat poop and hair!
i saw this same guy on the maury show and its actually shwag hes getting i know cause when he gets close ups theres seeds in the joints but on to my point the technicly illegal patients who get there bud from caregivers or dispenseries are getting real medical grade weed but the federal marijuana program they get schwag
