Berlusconi moves to impose Internet regulation Video Upload Licence on the cards .. His decree would require the vetting of videos & could take effect as soon as February 4th.2010 Legislation is expected later today 2.7.01.10 Silvio Berlusconi has made a government decree, which affects sites such as Google’s youtube, would also require sites that regularly upload videos to obtain a license to operate in Italy .. Government Censorship & web control here then !!! Companies and organizations, including Google, telecommunications providers, and press watchdog groups, are seeking changes in the proposed decree. They assert that it would hurt freedom of expression and be extremely difficult to enforce and monitor .. while individual rights aren’t mentioned. we should all start saying how wonderful our Governments are. We love that they send people to go and kill all over the world, o happy days less people more food so we can get really fat on GM food.
