LEGAL PERSONS can only deal directly with other LEGAL PERSONS (agencies, states, etc.) LEGAL PERSONS can not deal directly with Living Persons (You). In order for a LEGAL PERSONS to deal with Living Persons, there must be a connection, a go-between. To establish a connection, a FICTIONAL LEGAL PERSON was deceitfully created by the government. For that purpose, your lawful name of birthright was fraudulently replaced with a LEGAL NAME. Your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS is not you, the living flesh and blood person. Your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS is the STRAWMAN (a fiction just make belief). This was accomplished without your knowledge by using your birth certificates as the MCO (manufacturers certificate of origin) and the state in which you were born was used as the port of entry. I am using Bouvier’s law dictionary, but I’ve looked and have never seen a definition of a statute that didn’t say that it was a law.

that is a 50/50 def9inition i can guarantee you will not find that definition used in any supreme court case ruling .. i however have blacks law 7th edition and this is what it says:
man i aint going to type it out .. but blacks law 7th edition is what a supreme court judge would haul out or i guess 9th is out but trust me .. there is alot more to what a statute is that the websters dictionary definition you are using.

The oldest law that really matters in the U.S. is the Constitution, anything else is just used as background information.

statutes that go against ANY one of your GOD given freedoms and rights as set down by the magna carta and with precedents that have lasted to 800 years or more!! are NOT LAWFUL.
therefore it is so obvious to me what a statute is. and obvious to most other people. i can’t understand why you dont get it?

a statute is a man made law passed by a bunch of men that are not known to you, we wouldn’t be invited to any of their parties.
these men pass a law called a statute. Let us say they pass a law that says you no longer are allowed to walk down the street. No walking period. that is the new law passed by legislature.
How could you fight that law? Let me tell you. you pick up the magna carta WHICH SUPERSEDES ALL!!

Sorry, the legal definition of a STATUTE: The written will of the legislature, solemnly expressed according to the forms prescribed in the constitution; an act of the legislature.
2. This word is used in contradistinction to the common law. Statutes acquire their force from the time of their passage unless otherwise provided.
Statutes have nothing to do with any ‘corporate rules’.
But, you are Canadian, maybe they do things weird up there.

show me where the supreme court used your “law dictionary” in a ruling. I am pretty sure you got that off an internet site.
I have all 9 editions of black’s law dictionary. the supreme court quotes that dictionary in supreme court rulings. i could care less about some internet dictionary no one uses

as for statues being laws, laws are a loose term thrown around alot
Statues are defined as rules with THE FORCE OF LAW. they are commonly referred to as laws but they are not true laws in the legal sense of the word
they are corporate rules that have the FORCE OF LAW behind them.
