Living in Fear of the State. The 2nd Amendment is a Right not a privilege!

Right now after the latest letter I have received from the state of Tennessee I am basically stripped of my rights to self-defense and live in fear of my life from the state and and local government. Even though I have committed no crime nor been a danger to anyone else. Today I have received a letter from the state of Tennessee revoking my concealed carry permit, I kind of expected this but I did not expect the added expenses I will have to incur to reinstate something that should have never been taken away to begin with. At this time I am wondering if my local government/Sheriff’s office intentionally miss worded their reports because they would like to see me disappear, and are now instigating these events to give them an excuse to make it happen. They know that I am a life member of the NRA and have stood side-by-side with Charlton Heston when he stated “from my cold dead hands” so with that in mind I leave the goobermint with this following statement. (We can’t be consumed by our petty differences any more. We will be united in our common interest. Perhaps it’s fate that today the state picked the fight, and I will once again be fighting for our freedom, from tyranny, oppression, and persecution- We’re fighting for our right to live, to exist! The the 2nd amendment is a American right, This day when we declared in one voice ‘I will not go quietly into the night! I will not vanish without a fight! I am going to Keep my 2nd amendment rights! And they can have my guns …

@ericksmerick he no longer has any weapons in a previous video he had them moved elsewhere when feds showed up the first time this letter is the state coming after him

Your screwed. Hide your guns. To fight the system you need to find a like minded lawyer. Good luck there. Most are crooked and will do what the systems says if they want to keep practicing law. The system is being set up so that the legal industry will be a booming industry for years to come as they suck money from people like yourself. You won’t win. The best you will do is break even. That won’t happen since you have to pay boo coo bucks for the legal help.

You start filing those papers yourself and you don’t know what your doing they will come after you for some stupid mistake and you will be in worse trouble than you are now. Your a target now. You’ve been on TV, internet, radio. Your going to be a trophy buck for them. They will trick you into doing those papers and you might as well put a noose around you neck. Hopefully you find a lawyer thats well aware of their dirty tactics. Watch out for posers that want to take the money and run.

Hmmm, the government is more than welcome to try and take the guns from its citizens. Though the citizens will not give up their guns, they will however be more than willing to give them their ammo. So tell me government boys, where do you want it? In the gut, or in the head?

I’d say $100,000 to fight this is just a starter fee. Your not just fighting for yourself you are fighting for everyone else. How many other cases are out there and are being pursued in court? If the NRA doesn’t take this you know they are on the take. Corruption is running rampant as the system breaks down and those on the know are grabbing for everything they can so they can be positioned for the rebuilding.

Your a heavy guy. Start losing some weight. All you have to do is quit eating for a few days once your body adjust to burning fat. Drink lots of water. You will get thirsty and you will most likely want some junk food to curb the thirst. Don’t eat a high calorie food it stops the burning of fat. Just maintain a low calory diet. Take electrolytes and minerals. You will piss a lot out. Stay active. Muscle will go if you dont stay active.

first of im not i subscriber i think you brought this on yourself for talken about suicide with a doctor which was dumb idea. but i am on your side 100 percent because i do not believe anybody can take your gun rights away no matter what i believe we can own any type of gun we want take it where we want and carry whatever we want. hope you have some guns hidden away just in case and for you to get your gun rights back sense they sudden t have been taken away in the first place.
