American patriots took up arms against the British and began the revolution only when — and precisely because — the British attempted to disarm them. DWI Checkpoint – officer doesn’t respect rights In its totality, this is a minor experience, most of which wasn’t recorded by me and happened away from my vehicle. Nationwide and systematic, this is a terrible trend that is happening and is slowly prying our rights and self worth away from all of us Americans as individuals. I came up on a very large DWI checkpoint and I was tired from a long day. I was carrying a legal side arm and didn’t want to put it in my glovebox or have it in plain sight and give any reason to search my vehicle. I put it in a small cooler next to me, out of sight. I was ordered to exit my vehicle strictly because of exercising a lawful right to not answer questions. The officer is not going to let someone get away with not complying with his simple investigation so they then escalate it to the next step which is physical detainment and more investigation. The officer was fishing and I am a stubborn but proud person. When someone tries to exert control over me, I just don’t automatically comply. I am as free of a man as that officer is and I consider myself his equal. I don’t just go and piss on another’s rose garden. I expect to be respected the same way by anyone else, no matter what the circumstances are. The conundrum here is that I happened to drink one beer maybe 6 hours earlier at a tavern. The rest of the evening I strictly had coffee and soda. I had a long drive ahead of me, know the risks associated with drinking and then driving and will …

I made this video to show the ignorance of some people and police. I open carried an AK47 type rifle threw town and was stopped by the ignorant police here. Open carry is legal in my state. This wasn’t the first time I had done this either. I had done it many times. I regularly open carry an AK when I walk to meet my wife at her work. This was just the first time I was stopped, and the last. I hope you guys like this video. I DARE you to do your own research of your own state to see if open carry is legal in your state and then I DARE you to open carry. It is your right. If you don’t use your rights, you will lose them. The Government sees it this way: If you don’t exersize your rights that means you don’t want them. And the Government has spent a lot of time making everyone assume that guns are “illegal or illegal to openly carry”. This is not true. Don’t let them take our right to bare arms. Because the next right they take will be freedom of speach. Then it’s to late and they will have won. And you will be a slave. Don’t continue the ignorance. …Montana, and kept there. The Commerce Clause will soon be void as far as it has to do with regulating this class of firearms. The congress of the United States has abused the Commerce Clause of the US Constitution for years. And now it will finally be challenged by a State that truly has a chance of winning, and thereby freeing the people from this yoke of tyranny that is around our neck, which we call the federal government. I’ve been telling my friends for years about this Commerce Clause loophole, which is really only a power grab that the feds use to pass their obviously unconstitutional laws. I tell them to just read any federal law, and they will find that 90% of them mention how said law has something to do with interstate commerce. It is one big joke. These laws, congresses reasoning for them, and how they have to do with interstate commerce, is laughable. This next paragraph would have been on some thoughts I have about the Supreme Court, but because of their nature, I will not state them here. Some things are better left unsaid, just as I edited Becks similar comments out. Let us hope that more states pass laws like this. But we need to do more than hope, we need to write, and call them. We need to make this happen. This is our country, and for sure these are our states, so we need to be the ones who rule them.
