KNOW your RIGHTS, DEFEND your RIGHTS, lest they be taken from you! Declaration of Freedom and Peace We the people of the United States having been led by the examples of the Declaration of Independence, and the actions of our forefathers who so bravely cut ties with their political bands in order to create a Free and Peaceful nation have now come to a point in time when we must ourselves provide new guards for our Safety and Happiness. Countless attempts have been made over the course of many years, from public protest to systematic legislation. Yet the Powers of the People have been stifled by a government who has long since worn out its welcome. In a system where the People are the sovereign power, and their power is being refused; the people find themselves in a situation where there is no recourse but to patriotically accept their duty as Americans to alter our government, and in many ways abolish our current leadership. Our government, over many generations has taken part in the destruction of the Constitution of the United States. The slow and secretive theft of the rights from the American People, and doing un-American acts, comprised the integrity of our nation’s great name. In light of these events, we now see ever so clearly that these leaders are no longer fit to represent the …
No one can deny that 10 years after the staged terror attacks of 9-11 Americans are losing more and more freedom with each passing day. The American people are being made to give up their rights and become a welfare nation totally dependent on government that is responsible for allowing companies to move jobs over seas and run up our dept with ever expanding wars. There are check points, cameras and secret police everywhere making people think twice and three times before leaving there homes in fear of getting tickets or harassed by police who have been trained to see everyone as criminals or terrorist. The government and police no longer serve the people, but instead they have twisted things so the people must prove to them they are are not criminals or terrorist. We here who live in America are being conditioned to accept tyranny as freedom , ignorance as strength and war as peace. The American people have turned their backs on the Constitution and bill of rights and embraced the lies that were used to strip away the protections the founding fathers left in place to prevent tyrants and dictators from enslaving us. Behold the Nazi like police state that is sweeping across America in the name of safety and security. If the American people don’t wake up now and see that freedom and liberty is something that you never compromise with…but something that be guard jealously until the day you die for the sake of your children. Learn this lesson to late and you and your …
Nationwide NDAA Congressional Protest – Feb. 3rd www.facebook.com Americans throughout the country will gather outside congressional offices Feb. 3rd from noon to 7 pm to protest NDAA 2012 (S. 1867 – National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012). NDAA allows for Americans to be indefinitely detained without access to an attorney or a trial by jury. The objective of our demonstration is to have our congressmen repeal SEC. 1031 and 1032 of NDAA 2012 which allows for our indefinite detainment without due process. If you are a member of a liberty oriented organization or meetup please notify other members of the event. Participants should notify the local and national media of their protests. Congress and President Obama have declared war on Americans. The last time America was declared a war zone President Roosevelt authorized the internment of Americans with Executive Order 9066, issued February 19, 1942. Senator Graham has said that America is part of the battlefield, and as such, Americans can be captured, interrogated, and killed with no due process. NDAA 2012 repeals the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th amendments to the Constitution. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and declares our right to due process. No law shall supersede it. We have a right to our day in court with a jury of our peers. Once again, our government has treaded on our heritage and our Constitution. Do something about it!
When I first heard about the possibilities of this National Defense Authorization Act almost a year ago, I dismissed it because it is so extreme and so devastating to every American. I could not believe that our own Government would do it to their own people, here in America. Now, the worst nightmare has come true. The (NDAA) National Defense Authorization Act has been approved and days away from becoming law. This is the same power the history’s worst dictators used to slaughter millions of their own people. If the American People allow this, they will be buying their own jail cells or FEMA concentration camps. No Government, or Dictator would ever want this power if they did not have something planned to do with it. It just doesn’t make any sense. People need to wake up fast Obama does what he does best, destroy American Freedom and stuff the pockets of his masters with over Trillion. About the NDAA The Senate has passed the National Defense Authorization Act, a bill that will give US military control over the US streets bringing the battlefield to the United States , arrest American citizens without due process and herd them of to detention centers anywhere in the world. The provision was hashed out in secret by Senators Carl Levin and John McCain. Lindsay Graham, a supporter of the bill, explained that it would, “basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield” and people can be imprisoned without charge or trial “American …
Videtorial by Ben Kinchlow: Transcript: You know the trouble with freedom? People. If it were not for people, freedom would be wonderful! A tragic but illustrative example of this truth was observed on 9/11. Individuals, who were free to act within the boundaries of our American freedoms, were enabled by the very liberties they despise to commit their heinous acts of murder. Thousands of innocent people lost their lives because these people were at liberty to act in a manner that completely violated the rights of others. Unfortunately, there are others in this country today planning similar acts of destruction and violence, and who will do so without a moment’s hesitation. We are faced with an implacable enemy. They refuse to negotiate. We cannot communicate with them because they do not understand what motivates us, and most of us do not understand what motivates them. Nevertheless, the failure to understand, or be understood, is not license to perpetuate additional acts of violence and bloodshed. The challenge we face is the delicate balance between “liberty and justice for all” and the possible abrogation of some of the civil rights of a few individuals. Civil rights are rights guaranteed us by the government, with America being the preeminent example of these civil liberties granted to all. While not perfect, America still guarantees to its citizens the unparalleled liberties of an unmatched constitution. Human rights, as distinct from civil rights, are rights granted …

The theory is based on a view that the States formed the Union by an agreement (or “compact”) among the States, and that as creators of the federal government, the States have the final authority to determine the limits of …

Core of Corruption is a documentary film series which details a comprehensive investigation into clandestine intelligence operations and conspiracies. The project is surfacing exclusive whistle blowers, insiders and critical evidence for the very first time. Over 2000 hours of credible network news clips have been surfaced for this ground breaking event, most of which have never been seen since they aired and have never been available on the internet. Some of the video news segments for this project, when requested from the networks, were denied access to and corporate representatives would say that the information sought does not exist or has been misplaced. Someone doesn’t want the public to see these stories, that when put together, establish a conspiracy of the magnitude that could change the way one views the world. Countless millions of people are being manipulated and lied to by a network of individuals within government that work on behalf of private interests. The individuals were involved in the terrorist attacks of September 11th. Many of those same figures are are connected to historical events that have shaped our understanding of government crime. For instance, the Iran Contra affair involved many figures that showed up in the 9/11 attacks
