The Bill of Rights are the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution. They were introduced as a series of amendments in 1789 in the First United States Congress by James Madison. Ten of the amendments were ratified and became the Bill of Rights in 1791. These amendments limit the powers of the federal government, protecting the rights of all citizens, residents and visitors on United States territory. Among the enumerated rights these amendments guarantee are: the freedoms of speech, press, and religion; the right to keep and bear arms; the freedom of assembly; the freedom to petition; and the rights to be free of unreasonable search and seizure; cruel and unusual punishment; and compelled self-incrimination. The Bill of Rights also restricts Congress’ power by prohibiting it from making any law respecting establishment of religion and by prohibiting the federal government from depriving any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. In criminal cases, it requires indictment by grand jury for any capital or “infamous crime,” guarantees a speedy public trial with an impartial and local jury, and prohibits double jeopardy. In addition, the Bill of Rights states that “the enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people,”[1] and reserves all powers not granted to the federal government to the citizenry or states. Now that there is verifiable, unambiguous evidence that the Austrian government and state prosecutors have faked criminal charges to provide a pretext to arrest and detain me, I am going to apply to the European Court of Human Rights. Under Article 6 of the Human Rights Convention, all Europeans have the right to a fair trial and proper judicial process, and this is being denied to me. The Austrian state prosecutor for corruption Katja Wallenschewski sent a ltter saying that criminal charges by a Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote had been filed. But Heiner Lohmann has since signed a letter to state that he had never filed criminal charges in Austria. He had just a general protest letter forwarding a letter from Christine Cote praising my contribution in opening people’s eyes to the swine flu scam. I am all for border security and I respect agents who have the duty of securing our country. I also have a great deal of respect towards our Constitution and the notion of liberty that many of us understand and appreciate. Second, this did not take place at the border. Some might be unfamiliar with internal checkpoints like this one which are away from the port of entry and are governed by different laws. At our port of entry, I expect to be searched and have no problem with that. This checkpoint however, is located 42 km away from the border on Interstate 19 and people like myself have no choice but to go through it when we travel. Although some social scientists support this link, methodological and theoretical problems with the existing literature limit interpretation of findings in this area. There is concern among some scholars that media researchers may have exaggerated effects (Ferguson & Kilburn, 2009; Freedman, 2002; Pinker 2002; Savage, 2004). For example, a 2008 editorial in medical journal the Lancet concluded that discussions of media violence effects were exaggerted. There are many explanations of aggressive behavior which do not emphasize the role of the media. For example, some researchers have suggested that the pathway to aggression is largely biological/genetic (see the work of Hare, 1993, Larsson, Andershed, & Lichtenstein, in Press, among others), while others have suggested that aggression can be explained by principles of evolutionary psychology. Complaints about the possible deleterious effects of mass media are nothing new. Plato complained about the effects of plays on youth.
