Now that there is verifiable, unambiguous evidence that the Austrian government and state prosecutors have faked criminal charges to provide a pretext to arrest and detain me, I am going to apply to the European Court of Human Rights. Under Article 6 of the Human Rights Convention, all Europeans have the right to a fair trial and proper judicial process, and this is being denied to me. The Austrian state prosecutor for corruption Katja Wallenschewski sent a ltter saying that criminal charges by a Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote had been filed. But Heiner Lohmann has since signed a letter to state that he had never filed criminal charges in Austria. He had just a general protest letter forwarding a letter from Christine Cote praising my contribution in opening people’s eyes to the swine flu scam. They also hoped to brand me as a dangerous conspiracy theorist. Mother takes us for a short ride into the crazy system serving severely autistic children and adults with challenging behaviors. Gives a glimpse of the neglect, cover ups and apathy of some of our top government officials, such as Patricia Del Monico, executive director of Harbor Regional Center. Mother repeatedly warned officials that her self-injurious autistic son needed more help. Over and over, she wrote letters, faxed and requested meetings. Nobody listened. Then when her son got hurt in group home, these agencies worked quickly and quietly to cover their ass. Didn’t care the autistic teen was injured. So mom ends up pulling her son from the group home. Then starts fighting again for in home services. Keep in mind, first, for many years previous to all this, she fought for services to prevent child from being placed outside home. State never gave enough help and the help that came was an unbelievable joke. So, family saddled with this burden to help their very complex child, decides to place son for awhile and he goes into this group home that state promises is going to help. Once inside group home he never gets the help the great state promises he’d get, so he gets injured and mom takes him back home where she then has to fight again, goes before a judge and–finally, gets in home nursing…but that’s another story…all in all, this is a classic story showing how insane our American run system can be and how too many ineffective folks work in US government. sean …
